Anna Hope, Founder and Director
Anna began her career in equity research at Morgan Stanley, first in New York and then London. She then pursued a Master’s in History at Oxford, before working at McKinsey as a strategy consultant. She spent a further decade in executive and board search with two leading UK boutique firms before moving full time into leadership coaching and organisational effectiveness.
Anna's career has given her deep insight into boardroom dynamics and leadership across a wide array of industries and ownership structures. She understands that beneath strategic decisions often lie deeper issues about purpose and identity. She is fascinated by how to draw out these often unspoken dynamics to help her clients lead more effectively and reach better decisions.
She is a graduate of the Mastered and Unlimited programmes at Meyler Campbell. She holds an MSc in Economics and Social History from Oxford University, a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia, and is a CFA Charterholder. Born and raised in Virginia, Anna has lived in the UK since 2002 and is based in Hampshire with her husband and their Springer Spaniel, Darcy.
